SupplyRank is an independent editorial and research resource about wholesale suppliers, brands and sourcing for e-commerce sellers. All content — supplier profiles, ratings, brand availability statuses, guides and tools such as the Wholesale Availability Checker — is provided for general information purposes only.
We verify information using the process described in How we verify, but suppliers change terms, stock and policies without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the site, and nothing here is legal, financial or business advice. Always confirm terms directly with a supplier and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before making business decisions.
SupplyRank does not sell wholesale goods, does not broker transactions, and is not an agent of any supplier listed. Any dealings between you and a supplier — including orders, payments and disputes — are strictly between you and that supplier.
Where we offer paid sourcing research, the deliverable is research: verified information about channels, suppliers and requirements at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes, account approvals, or marketplace decisions based on that research.
By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit for format, and retain it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and must follow our review guidelines. We may remove content that violates those rules.
The site, its content and branding are owned by SupplyRank or its licensors. Datasets explicitly published under an open license (e.g. CC BY 4.0) may be reused under the terms of that license with attribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always at this URL with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
