Review Guidelines

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Reviews are only useful if they are real. These rules apply to every review on SupplyRank — and to how we moderate them. The short version: first-hand experience only, facts over adjectives, and negative reviews are never removed just because a supplier asks.

What we never do

We never remove a negative review because the supplier requests it, offers payment, or threatens legal action. If a supplier disputes a review, we ask the reviewer for evidence; the review stays up while the dispute is examined, marked as disputed if needed. The full process is described in our review moderation policy.

For suppliers

If a review about your company contains a factual error, claim your profile and respond publicly, or write to [email protected] with documentation — see For suppliers. Corrections of facts are free; deletion of honest criticism is not available at any price.
