If your company is listed on SupplyRank, this page explains what you can (and cannot) do about your profile. Everything here is free. Ratings and reviews are not for sale — that is the entire point of the catalogue.
Claim your profile
Write to [email protected] from a corporate email address on your company’s domain, with the link to your profile. After a short verification we mark the profile as claimed, which tells buyers the company stands behind its data.
What claiming gives you
- Same-day fact corrections. MOQ, payment methods, shipping terms, contact details, warehouse locations — send documented corrections and we update the profile the same day, with a fresh “last verified” date.
- Public responses to reviews. Reply to any review under your company name; your response is shown with the review.
- A “Reviewed on SupplyRank” badge for your website, linking to your profile.
- Priority re-verification. Claimed profiles are re-checked more often, so your data stays current.
What claiming does not give you
- No influence on your rating. Scores follow the methodology in How we rate — for claimed and unclaimed profiles alike.
- No removal of negative reviews. Honest criticism stays; see review guidelines for what we do remove (fabricated or abusive content).
- No paid placement. There is no way to pay for a better position in the catalogue. Our editorial policy covers this in full.

If you are a US-facing wholesale supplier or distributor and want to be researched for the catalogue, email [email protected] with your company name, website and product categories. Listing is free and follows the same verification as every other profile — which also means we publish what we find, good or not.
Disputes
If you believe a published fact is wrong, send the correction with documentation. If you believe a review violates our rules, point to the specific rule. We answer both within one business day.
